Las personas que se inscriben como tutores, son aquellos que deseen postular su negocio como centro de trabajo, permitiendo que los jóvenes se capaciten. A cambio reciben un distintivo por su compromiso social.
Mientras que el registro de aprendices va dirigido a los mexicanos entre 18 y 29 años, que estén escolarizados y sin empleo, que deseen capacitarse en un oficio.
Para su registro deben presentar una identificación oficial vigente, como la credencial de elector o el pasaporte mexicano, su Clave Única de Registro (CURP) y un comprobante de domicilio con antigüedad no mayor a tres meses.
